How long does shipping take?

FAQ

For all US shipping it will take 5-7 business days. For all International shipping it will take 6-14 business days. 

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. 

How can I get updates about my package?

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Exchange/Returns/Refunds

Exchange/Returns: If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order you may return or exchange your order. To begin the process of your return/exchange kindly email us (shopexquisiteslay@gmail.com) with your order number and reason. You will be given a return order number, which should be placed on your shipping label. Customers will have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return their package. All exchanged or returned items must be in their natural state (unworn,unwashed, and with tags). 

Refunds: Customers will receive their money in the amount they paid, once the package has been delivered back to us

Please Note: Customers are responsible for shipping & handling cost of return packages. After 30 days has past exchange/return is prohibited.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you put the wrong delivery address when you order please email us immediately so we can make the corrections. If we don't get an email we will assume the address is correct and begin the processing of the order. If the item is returned back to us due to the incorrect address, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to resend.

Lost Packages

Exquisite Slay, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you track your package and it states delivered, but you have not received it you must contact USPS for details about your package.
