Exquisite Slay hopes that every customer is satisfied with their order. However, if there is a reason why you aren't we will be happy to work with you for an exchange or return. To begin the process of your return, first email us with your order number and reason why you would like to make a return. When we receive the email, we will send you a shipping label that you must print out and attach to the packaging. Once we receive the packaging and inspect that it's in it's original form (unworn, unwashed, and with tags) we will process the refund back to your original payment method. Please note you have 30 days upon delivery to make a return, after 30 days we will not accept a return email.
